Some of the marketing activity to improve sales over the last 12 months that I have come across includes TV news to push sales for a development offering a free car, free furniture if you buy a property,salesmen in shopping centres to advertise product, seminars held regularly to sell product,full page advertisements.Can't argue with sales up 90.5%.

Exactly right. The increase in leads and sales speak for themselves. Although I won't disagree that a bit more effort in social media might not be a bad thing...
