1500 facebook follower - lucky to see 1-2 posts a month, not near good enough
Every week should be min 10 twitter posts and 10 facebook posts.
Ie: new developments, latest sales, new information, status of state demographics for off the plan and new buy, finance rates, etc etc.

Haha...ok so developers that don't want to display their new builds via social media to drum up sales, yeah im sure there are many not wanting to do that?
I'll take this business more serious once they take their online media (which they should live on) more seriously.
It is the best target market you can get.
All great online businesses starts with great social media platforms, where imo this group is dearly lacking.
I'd like to see 5000 twitter/ 10,000 facebook followers per business as a starting point.
Every developer with stock, should be signed up via facebook/twitter/instagram
As I help finance many new builds per year, I'd be a clear target market, well the developers within would be, the 3 main guys have never heard of this company?

Pure social has a few packages, not sure which package IBN are paying for?
None of the packages are being used as represented via the various company social media pages, that I can assure you.
I like the business concept and the plan however I think the execution from a marketing perspective is poor, it could be improved 100 fold for little money, but effort and time.
This hurts bottom line,wasted dollars, lack of NPAT.
