i am disappointed that the conversion rates can't be upgraded on our bread n butter strata stuff but since that is the case, I am very glad that they are going to be doing their new offering which by the sounds of it could give the total GW under management a good kick up the bum. So the big question now is how much will this increase staff and other operating costs. They did sound optimistic though and hopefully this can create some hype around the place whilst the original business model simmers away in the background.
