    So was PWEP a "we need a solution but we'll outsource it's ownership so they pay for the power". Much like a lot of other defence stuff where there are civilians that work on bases etc. as it is cheaper for the govt to have outsourcing rather than permanent military personal manning the asset. So basically the DOD operate GI as power station as if it is their own asset but it is actually owned by CCE? So what happens with site security is it managed by DOD. I guess there are a few miners that have power stations built and the power stations are then operated by another party.

    What potential is there for CCE to shut down or cripple DOD with regards to power if they don't pay or there is some sort of conflict where CCE sides against the DOD. Obviously this is fanciful but it opens the door to discussion about military industrial complex and how the military manage risk when they operate with civilian companies, for example Lockhead Martin are bought buy the Chinese (would never happen(now at least)), then USA go to war with the China, could China ground or drop those rubbish f35's out of the sky to stop them being used against them or then LM builds more secure planes to get more profit... lol
