Just think about it all. DLC owned all the rights to PFG (Paynes Find Gold) and they allowed EUR to give it away for nothing in the back door deal. Sure they got 11 Million shares of EUR but EUR and not DLC got 25 Million shares of CVS. I have been trying to get a large holding in PFG for years and now I have at least a few million shares of CVS for comfort.
