Maybe the key words in that statement is "on the sale of the product"???

Therefore ZNO don't get paid until their distributor actually sells the product (not when they actually ship the product)?

Does anybody have any thoughts or knowledge about this possibility - as this may explain the cash receipts "shortfall" over ZNO's stated revenue figures?
