Ps. Regarding Stayzon. For Zoono to accept a loss on the loan to them, would imo imply that Stayzon were in trouble financially. Zoono obviously tried to help get them started with that loan, but Stayzon weren't able to live up to their end of the deal. All conjecture on my part though.

Re Stayzon reference. Now the loan situation has been revealed, seems clear to me Zoono called it quits. It is commendable the company addressed the problem, came to a decision acceptable to both and moved on without blame shifting or other negative sentiment.
