Production costs for future Chinese sales were included in outgoing cashflow but cash inflow to fall in future quarter.
Sales are going to be lumpy until all the distribution channels start buying regular refill volumes rather than initial stocking orders. Each time a new customer is signed up there will be a spike then a fall back then gradual rise, assuming they like the product. However the more customers onboard the lessor the impact.
Putting the Q3 number into perspective they only did $272k of sales in Q4 last year, so a 240% increase in 9 months is still pretty impressive!
