Brett - thanks for the analysis and update.

Country bob- I have read and think about the negative return for few days. Without explanation from the company, I am guessing for two reasons:

1. Refund of income generated over past years - the 6k per quarter as incorrect income???

2. Upfront Rebate to China Telecom for the clients they have singed up.

Just a guessing game, don’t hold it as actual answer.

Like Brett said, there are lot of international subsidiaries in China, and they are heavily rely on VPN to transfer data back and forth from head quarter. Once the local experience is good, definitely they will recommend this to headquarter to build a better bridge to access information from both sides. Netlinkz will needs to partner with overseas IT coy to deploy the technology. Recently China Gov put lot of resource to tighten up the VPN usage. VIN may becomes new bridge to communicate with outsiders without getting spy.

I have followed netlinkz WeChat account, and one of the news released saying that netlinkz China has been awarded “Wuxi 2017 most influenced technology” given by the state gov and it associations during last month IT industry dinner function.

There is an article talking about the best sales person from China Telecom, and he is one of the person to push out second generation server. Hope there are more sales persons join into the best seller list.

Back to the revenue, the announcement said the first 80,000 RMB revenue accrual will happen in January, and more to deploy in feb. I read this as the initial 160 clients signed up in sept/oct will start paying fee, and any new corporate clients will commence the deploy from feb onwards - the balance of 200 new corporate clients mentioned in prior month announcement.
