I think its better to let the CEO answer your concern.
I wrote an email to Whitehawk team regarding of current SP last night, and Terry Roberts (Founder, President & CEO) replied to me this morning with confidence.

Frankly we have been running a very lean operation over 2016/2017 and were not able to hire the additional technical talent we needed until this last infusion of investment. This is now a game changer for us and we can start to execute on our robust development plan.
