Hmmmm. That worries me a little. How big is the sales pipeline if the head of sales and marketing has the bandwidth to personally follow up every lead at short notice?

Don't get me wrong. It sound like Ms Negus is on the ball and doing a great job at closing sales. Perhaps she followed this one up personally because it was a lead from a shareholder? But I wonder about the scalability of this sales model.
