I was the CFO for a Metal Fabricating business for 15 years. After about 10 years the balance sheet was a disaster. The only thing we had going was a reasonable cash flow and could always pay our creditors. In the end through investors we were able to revive the balance sheet. The company prospered for the last 5 years I was involved and was taken over by a large Public Company. I immediately took up my new pursuits of plenty more golf and travel when that was finalised.
