The reason they dont give a s...t is cos they are well set with big salaries, hugely rewarded by low hanging performance shares, and a big chunk of the equity in the coy. They cant lose. Their millions are made as it seems possible this is a TO target. Seems like we are just marks to them, and their studied indifference to our stake manifested by the SP for me is soc....thic. Sold to us as a great story but as as often is the case, management seemingly only looking after themselves and friends. Ironic to remember BC squealing about how some parties were favoured over others by Gov deals recently, putting a wrinkle in his empire building plans
