The reason they dont give a s...t is cos they are well set with big salaries, hugely rewarded by low hanging performance shares, and a big chunk of the equity in the coy. They cant lose. Their millions are made as it seems possible this is a TO target. Seems like we are just marks to them, and their studied indifference to our stake manifested by the SP for me is soc....thic. Sold to us as a great story but as as often is the case, management seemingly only looking after themselves and friends.
