my entire portfolio was a sea of red today. I was hoping for better. I think once people actually look at the 4C they will see that its performance is still building up nicely. Explained extra one off expenses, otherwise cash flow positive. This was something that Ben wrote to me that I found interesting;
One must remember that 1GWh is ~$220k/year so ~$19k per month.
We did see the $/GWh value drop slightly due to network, yet we are waiting for a larger average data set to change guidance on this value. That it is ~10Gwh increase.
What does this mean? It is actually 10Gwh they are converting?
