I would caution investors on this stock and I rarely write what could be seen as a down ramp post on HC.

If you have invested in this stock or about to, have you really done your research? and by that I don't mean looking at the charts or reading the annual report, I mean looked at the product and where it sits in the market.

I was a user of BTC about 3 years ago at an IT company I worked for, it was ok but it was not mind blowing technology. I just jumped onto their website and it appears the core product is still much the same (I am sure it has had enhancements). BTC are not an AI (artificial intelligence) company so don't let all the hype around AI and what 1Ronnie's post from Seekingalpha confuse you, BTC may use AI in their solution but that does not make them an AI Software company.

My concern with this as a potential investor is that:

1) Form Digitisation (e.g turning paper forms and putting them on an iPad or iPhone) is not dead by any means but it is so easy these days and there are so many applications that do that, I don't see how you can make real money out of it.

2) Content Delivery platforms (Velpic and others), CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS CRM) and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) are all getting into this space and it is an "Addon" for their incredibly functional and expensive systems and now becoming a free feature that comes wiht the platform.

Best of luck if you are in this but not for me this one. If I am wrong it will not be the first or last time.
