When we strip out the growth expenses I get that we made a profit of around $600k this quarter just gone. Loss of -$60k then add back "other non current asset" expenses of $650k as these are associated with bringing on new customers and installations etc. I also thought the $2.5m line item was the growth expenses but olderwiser corrected me
So if you normalise our income currently we are making about a $2.4m annualised profit, not huge but better than a loss as the accounts are showing at the moment.
If we assume that next quarter we will make a $600k operating profit (this growth is in line with historical quarterly growth) and we can further strip out estimated growth costs of $600k next quarter, then our normalised quarterly profit will be $1.2m which annualised out is about $5m call it.
I'll be conservative and use a PE multiple of 20 and that's a $100m market cap, or bit over 4 cents
Not saying that's gonna happen, but wouldn't be complaining if it did
