Interesting note in the quarterly: "(2) EnviroMission was provided a unsecured, interest free loan by four shareholders, no repayment date has been set." My take on this is 'the four main employees are not receiving their salaries and will be repaid said salaries when the company is able to bring in new financing'. They really should point out that these four shareholders are employees!
