Just found an old article on CDC. Pleased to see it was state funded. Maybe 10mil may have been a lot for this old site????

Don't forget the Bentley, the BMW convertible, the 4wd Mercedes Benz, the holidays, the mortgage release for the resort and a bit of a top up for some family and friends superannuation that was all slipped into the final cost for CDC. That's the why the due diligence took so long.
