Sadly, there is way more damage that Michael et al can inflict and the risk is some of the material appearing on HotCopper is guiding him as to where he needs to improve his sneaky skills and giving him a warning as to where shareholders are looking for his weal spots.

I agree with @cosair that perhaps some of the stuff needs to be taken out of HotCopper if anything is to be done about it by shareholders. It is very much in the collective hands of retail shareholders now and if they don't rally together to put an action plan of material improvement together and get someone to drive it then AHF will be very much a @JCoure target at a serious discount or AHF will go the way of TAU and clean out shareholders on the way.

Waiting until the AGM in December 2017 to proffer a 2nd strike against the Remuneration Plan is a rear guard action and may well be too late for everyone other than for those with their noses firmly planted in the AHF trough.
