The directors and executive management cannot vote on the R.E.M. REPORT.

Last year without any real momentum under way, the vote was overwhelmingly against. This time round, I reckon that the shareholders (especially those who bought under any of the placements or under the loyalty shortfall) will be waiting in the alleyway, under the soft amber light, in the grey mist of the evening's night, with baseball bats out. Pity then the drifting director, as if like a stranger to us all, on the way to the AGM.
