It reminds me of a Business Management lecturer who started the course by drawing a bicycle on the board. We were all surprised and were wondering what has a bicycle got to do with a lecture on an organisation. He then explained the component parts of the bicycle and when he had finished with the that we understood the lecture.
What we have in AHF is sound components of a vertically integrated company which can go places. What is missing is as in the case of the bicycle is a rider. However good a bicycle is and if you have a bad rider, the bicycle will not progress from the starting point to the destination.
What we have is a Michael Hackett who does not know how to ride a bicycle. What we need is a change in riders.
