He does unload some scary stuff on the forum for sure...hope he doesn't let the cat too far out of the bag or it might wriggle off and find a new bag to play in.
The company is certainly due for some governance changes. The question is when and how far can shareholders be pushed. I will look at the announcement closely over the weekend and report back.
