A shonky person or two holding say 30,000 between them could easily take out the buys in the before resubmitting bids in the 10s. And then selling a few hundred more at that price over the next week to VWAP it
The question is, do I want to come in at 10c or 20c or wait and see where it is going first? This is cheap, but it could get a LOT cheaper.
As a company it needs to show its winning business in the One Belt One road trillion dollar spend. Not happening yet
