    I sense an RTO will happen soon enough

    Top 20 according to last year's annual report show the Whitings hold ~12% of TDX

    Furthermore, another 40+ million TDX shares accumulated by the TC party since the annual report release

    This looks like a classic TC style setup for an imminent board change & a potential tech acquisiiton.
