I would tend to agree with you. The last quarterly represents a seismic shift for the company with their new hires and increasing revenue. They now know what works and they're doing it. VIPS is taking a very active role here.
The share price is floundering but again the quantities are very small. This time is an opportunity for small people (like myself) to continue buying and get their average price lower.
