I'd love to see an acquisition, but if they did, i'd think it would have to be purchased entirely from stock or a joint capital raising or joint debt.
With the SP being as low as it is, raising any more cash by issuing more shares is bound to be pretty dilutive. Hopefully they go down the debt option - but only if the increased scale leads to profitability. It's no use taking on debt if you can't guarantee profitability.
