As CEO Geoff Daly says, there's a 70-75% probability that the next addition to the four man board will be male - a "heavy hitting" international regulatory expert.

However GD quotes some as saying "there's a lot of dick on the board."

If Plan A doesn't eventuate, there's a Plan B.
