Agreed there is value here, also waiting on the 4c before taking the plunge.

I couldn't help but notice these on a recent trip to Hong Kong. These are JCDecaux's crack at the cross track advertising space. 103inch screen with audio in 44  of the busiest stations on the MTR, which according to their website were installed around 2012. They didn't have 'train approaching' tech but a very similar solution.

Here's hoping the XTD expansion happens sooner rather than later. Before this behemoth takes the market.
