I first had a look at XTD in April and was certainly keen then. Been researching this more thoroughly over the weekend, and have to agree with previous statements, in that this is probably the best risk/reward play in the small cap space at the moment.

What I found interesting was, Australia is only their front to showcase what they can do for a worldwide audience. Their current deals in the Aus market are undervalued, and I get the feeling the lacklustre July 4c was responsible. A better October 4c and it will take nothing to push it back in to the 20c range again.

The juice here is that they will announce a New York trial soon, which will put them on the map in the US. David Gibbs, their man in the US boasts an impressive CV and will get it done IMO. If this translates into a contract with the MTA, as JBaker12 said (great research by the way) this will potentially get us about 1500 screens, and about 150m revenue. This will be a catalyst for other US cities too, and probably Asia. I full concur with the above sentiments that this would underpin up to 5 years of almost guaranteed and high level EPS growth for XTD, and the fact that it is in USD is the real kicker.

Like Wini, I watched the Kohler interview and was intrigued by the bullishness from Steve. He seemed very keen on the analytics of their systems too, which provides another revenue stream in the future. The technology in the screens which can provide marketers with data on their customers / commuters would be invaluable, and am really keen to hear more in the coming future.
