Yeah does look like thats the case - Aside from that, all looks pretty good - If they can do a good job merging the entities and cross selling in a couple months will look a very compelling case indeed. Revenue increasing and greater than market cap is certainly a good start.
Looks like everyone's big worry about big holders selling out was more or less unfounded as well
