I was under the impression that the C. Notes are convertible at the noteholder's discretion rather than the company. And if I read correctly the remaining notes expire at the end of Feb so maybe it's just holders converting rather than being paid out. And with the revenue being "committed" I'm a glass half full kind of guy so I'm hoping it's not just creative wording
