I'm going to go out on a limb and say its to do with the facelift of the kneoworld portal and possibly other web based services within for subs/payment. Dev costs on new games and updating their current ones is always going to be ongoing. One can only hope we will see this streamlined quickly in the future.

I did see a small light after the mentioning of substantial increases in revenue is forecast. Though what that means is speculation at best.
