I think the update has more to do with those people who took up the placement not being happy with the share price. That is being able to sell out at a profit. They didnt really offer existing shareholders to participate another poor look.

$13m market value including options well into the money is more than fair value at this stage. Typed "Accommodation" and "Sydney Accommodation" in Google and neither brought up check-in website within the first five pages so its relevance is really poor. If it ever gets within the first page then maybe its a goer but until then its a punt.
