I suspect it is the largest possible raising without having to lodge a prospectus and also a please explain on why all the fruit that was promised to date rotted on the vine.

If it fails I think there is a good chance of administration and or de-listing shortly afterward looking at their balance sheet and that is why I think it is being done - just to buy a few more months behind the desk.

Companies like this are a dime a dozen on the ASX these days.
