Thanks for the info Jakel, it's quite bizarre with public companies I think, there can be pretty much no activity, no disclosure and no money coming in and they'll be allowed to continue meandering along aimlessly as long as they can keep diluting shareholders to pay wages and/or "operating expenses". It seems in the private sector, the laws are much tighter, you have to deliver, pay taxes and are completely liable on every level as a Director or the ATO/ASIC will jump on you. Interesting why anyone would choose to invest in public companies, I've had enough of this arena with consistent poor performance and a reliance on company officers who whether they care or not, simply can't seem to change the dynamics in favor of shareholders anyway - I'd rather keep my money or invest in myself.
