Tom is still at Yum Cha. Apparently the loan is out of their control due to the change in Chinese government who wanted look over any new loans (or something like that). These morons should save themselves the trouble of dealing with the asx and just buy us all out. They don't use the market for anything (cap raisings etc plus aren't followed by any brokers anymore) so why would they bother? Just more of a headache for them. 15c and we have a deal and at least we can buy some other bargains.
