Sorry for confusion. He said that 'as far as they know the raising is still on the cards and that they haven't been told it is off. We'd obviously have to inform the market if it was off.' The SP was 15c the day before that announcement on Dec 3rd, so we aren't far off that level.
It isn't a word for word quote, but that is the gist from what my mate said. So it seems not even they know, but as you said hopefully they bundle up some nice announcements.
