Ages ago I questioned that and the "reason" was training on the new 15ktpa plant.
These things are in 5ktps modules, that was one of the reasons it was easy to increase capacity easily, and are simple batch operated plants.
The other thing not mentioned at all is the Fesi acquisition. When announced late 2011, it was expected to be concluded by March 2012, and at the AGM it was imminent or very soon.
Interesting that their web site, like the prospectus and all broker reports, show the Phase II to be completed by end of 2012... It cant have been that difficult to at least upgrade thsi. If local councils can update daily, then these guys should be able to update within 3 years.
