Phase I was "on time and within budget"...well completed yes, but another 6 months to commission what is a simple process!!!Mr Market assumed plant completion meant plant producing, or close to it.
According to the original plans, Phase II should be underway....due end of this year...nothing there...
The timeframes were rubbish so the stock is punished, especially with zero communication.
