They seem to be winning, or on the verge of winning, lots of work, which is a big plus for a company capped at $2-3m. On the other hand, it's clear they have had a learning curve on some of the early contract wins, so they have yet to get the daylight they need on cash flow.
How they deal with this all depends on the chairman Philip Gray. He's being bankrolling the company, and holds 19.9%. I can't believe he would do anything to get himself diluted, unless he is out of cash.
The alternatives are another loan, a pro rata rights, or say it's all too hard and sell out to a larger industrial who wants the techonology in their product range.
Bottom line, I can't see much downside at 0.5c, and things could look a lot brighter in a few months if some of the bigger contracts they are referring to kick in. regards.
