Hey rosy. The NTA came from doing a deal with MMR and a shares buyout in September, 2011, which lifted BPH's NTA to the moon. It's why I am remaining invested in this one, because anything on the ASX with a SP 1/10th of NTA, will be on the radar of some. Right now, the SP is fairly consistent, and hopefully it will pick up more strongly as further oil business occurs.
