I am a bit surprised by the item "other working capital" 39.5 million with no explanation, except that they increased they inventory of solar panel at cost of 1.5 million.
Do you think that the purchase of Neighborhood Energy for 25 million could be in that item?
I though it would be classified as purchase of assets.
I can not find the announcement on hot copper re this purchase, except a comment by a user on the purchase reported in Fin Revue. I am sure I read about the purchase earlier, but not sure when. It could have been before 30th September, not sure.
I am out of OZ on holidays ATM and all my records and printouts on CBD are home in Sydney. So it is a bit hard to confirm the date.
It certainly is quite a lot of money for working capital in a company with market capitalization of 41 million odd.
I just had another look and found:
Acquisitions and disposals of business entities This page is blank so obviously the energy reseller is not a part of this statement.
So what the heck did they spend almost 40 mill for?
