The cash flow statement is a standard format and is very straight forward. It is good to see the salaris and connsulting (Baranaby ?) are very low.
The big outflow of $1,680k is listed under non current assets.
I do not know much about accountant for mining type companies but I am assuming that you can capitalise the cost of drilling holes.
It did not cost $1.7 mill to drill one hole in the lake so garysc might be correct that some news is at hand. Maybe they are/have drilled another shaft at Atocha
