$2.2m cash wont get them far but they have $4m in a credit facility so that would be about $5m in funding capacity to be conservative. Aussie networks were about $100k to $120k per screen to install and set up. That is capacity to fund a rollout of about 40 to 50 screens. Any more than that and some equity will be needed but final needs I guess depend on the time between trial and full roll out under a deal in which XTD can build a little extra cash up. When I last spoke to the company they said in Asia it will be a cheaper roll out per screen as the potential higher volumes per contract saves on a few costs, whilst labour to install is markedly cheaper as well.
As a general comment, I thought this was solid quarterly. Revenue generation is established at a higher plateau across the Aussie assets and keeps the business ticking strongly as they work on deals and keep CL funded for now.
