TGA need to consider a PR program to lessen the "public distaste" which righly or wrongly is out there.
Aveo (AVO) have been very successful in turning a Current Affairs disaster (of ripping off pensioners and the elderly) into public acceptance. It can be done.

I'm still waiting and watching to see whether the RR model still has legs. I do think the likes of Wallet Wizard and a host of instant online lenders are eroding this market.
