After reading your post, I now realise that as they cannot deploy prior to 31 March then there is no chance it will be in the quartialy activities report, quite obviously that is the end date for the report.
So it is possible that there is no requirement to report anything for another 4 months.
Hopefully we are informed sooner than that.
Any chance anyone has eyes in/at Bunbury Port to keep a watch out for us?
