At this stage only Queensland has approved and added to their purchasing schedule for tenders.
In 2012 when MLA partnered with Analytica (ALT) they started a trial in NSW, so would expect that'd be the next state to approve it for tenders.
From their 2012 announcement:
"The company has secured an agreement with the NSW Ambulance Service to use the auto-start burette, and with Concord Hospital in Sydney to use the burettes in the teaching hospital."
Personally I think the acceptance will be a long process and be slow to cannibalize any of MLA's own product offering in the short term. When it does start eating in, I'd think there are still decent market's for the TUTA lines in other developing countries.
