I see nothing here.. this will only take 1 contract to re - rate, spend on salaries were about 200k more than last quarter - and in that time new appointments have been made. like any business you want to get the job done to the highest standard with the biggest reward, you need to pay for it - and I would suspect contracts will be flowing very soon, and this will be justified. this is all in my opinion I do see this as a firm hold.. if we go into another quarter with no news then ill be looking for an exit, but id like to give new appointments and EOS the time it needs to firm up sensitive contractual agreements.
