Very interesting company that I am just starting to look into...

Very interesting company that I am just starting to look into and get a feel for the numbers. A bit complicated with the recent acquisition and trying to derive some forecasts going forward from the info available not proving that easy just yet.
One question though to those more familiar (and experienced) - what are the thoughts of a significant overhang at the $1.45 level of the recent large placement? Any insight on whether there will be a lot of supply to work through, or whether the instos/sophs will stay long?

Footnote - in case people haven't noticed, EML has come up in Contangos top 20. They've been picking well lately.
